I had a great opportunity cleaning for another resident of the Lofts at Mills Mill located near downtown Greenville, SC. Today’s jobs represents another job in this same location. The first time I cleaned an apartment at this location was a few weeks ago and today’s was another chance to clean a residence for another busy individual.  Both owners have had pets which brings along unique cleaning challenges but challenges we love to tackle none the less. In both cases we have performed the following services;

• Total bathroom cleaning – sinks, mirrors, toliet, tub/shower and flower. We respect the location of all personal items and everything is put back into it original location.
• Vacuuming
• Kitchen cleaning – This includes sinks, stainless steal appliances, disinfecting counter tops, completing dusting
• Making beds
• Mopping floors
• Dusting the trim around paintings, door frames
• Cleaning rugs (be it from pet hair, dirt tracked in on shoes, etc.

We recognize that in this day and time that people are busy doing what they can to make ends meet.  Trust me I am there right with you but household duties can often take a backseat at the end of a long work day. Your home is your palace when you come in from a long day in this world. How about treating yourself and your family to a complete household cleaning?  Maybe consider subscribing to a monthly service over the next year.  Think of the time you would be free yourself up to do other things to earn money or better yet, spend that time with loved ones.

I just uploaded a gallery of photos that were taken tonight on a job. The client is couple who are both self-employed and have very busy schedules and while both the husband and wife both work on cleaning the house they both realize extra help makes a big difference. While cleaning toilets, sinks and basic sweeping are often done other things like cleaning dust off the doors, toilet brush holders are often overlooked.  I can often see things and bring them to the attention of clients, like, gasp – mice droppings. This was seen in a couple of hard to reach spots the client rarely looked at but thanks to the complete once over I was able to give during my cleaning I was also able to bring some other matters to attention.

While I hope you will consider hiring me on a regular basis I can certainly understand tight budgets and will suggest tools and things to watch out for when doing the regular cleaning yourself. Do you find yourself sneezing or getting sick more? One cause may be extra layers of dust and other dirt that you may not be aware of.  Don’t get me wrong I realize that most people do basic cleaning as the go along through the day but often it helps to occasionally get some expert help.  An expert who thinks and practices cleaning techniques on a daily basis.  Do you have a hard time or often putting off cleaning those hard to get to places?  Would you rather dedicate your time to your work of family instead of extra household cleaning chores?

We have recently undergone a move which took up a lot of our time as we remodeled a place we bought in the country. We love our new location and the help we are receiving from our friends in the Upstate. You will be seeing some photos soon of our work in action. Patrick Greer of SpinningSilk Multimedia is helping provide photography and copywriting services and his wife Heather who has her own business, Heather’s Harmony, is working out a unique but equally valuable barter arrangement.
